Great for Gulpers!, November 5, 2009

"The height was great as my labs gulp their food, so they don't have to bend over so far and thus they don't get as much air while eating (which causes them to get sick). The splashguard really cuts down on all the water hitting the floor. I still have to use a water hog mat on the floor to soak up the excess, but it's a lot better than my previous feeder when the water went over the top and the plastic construction took a beating. This one is very sturdy, doesn't move around a lot when they're eating, and makes a nice appearance. Also, my dogs have short names and Orvis was nice enough to put both names on it with enough space to separate the two. Thanks again!"

"I just bought two of these feeders for my miniature pinschers and they are absolutely wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy they were to put together when they arrived. These feeders look fantastic in our kitchen and are a lot better then their previous bowls. "This feeder is so nicely made. We had our's personalized and my kids were thrilled to see Abbey's name on it. All our guest commented on the quality when they stop by. This was easy to put together and really dressed up the kitchen. Orvis makes dog owning classy."

"This feeder is great. My two dogs make a mess eating - they would get the food on the floor, walls, etc. The bowls are deep, and the sides and backing are perfect design to keep the food where it should be, and it looks good as well. The only downside is that my dogs are large (Rottweiler and a Mastiff) and the feeder is a few inches lower than I would prefer, but it's still raised enough for them to eat at a comfortable level. I did a lot of research on feeders before buying and I would definitely recommend this one."
