"A OK. BUT--they are bent @ just about a 45 degree angle. Hooked lots of fish but they kept getting off till I straightened the spoon, then worked fine..Presumably the bend puts some spin on the thing but straightening did not at all alter the fish-take."

"Kirks spoon is quite possibly the most deadly fly known to Redfish anglers. The fly spins and creates tons of flash and vibration. You must tie a swivel on your line two feet up from the fly to prevent line twisting. One complaint is the size variation I got when ordering. When I ordered, half were perfect, others were small and scrawny. I dislike the inconsistency."
