Ohio Steelhead on TLS 906-4!!

"I bought this rod over a year ago, and it was my first rod since my 14 year old Clearwater model. I felt like I had peaked with that old 5-weight. This TLS 6WT is amazing! I couldn't believe how much better my casting has gotten - or how many fish I've landed. I've landed some really nice rainbow and brown trouts, steelhead (some BIG boys) and plenty of sunfish and smallmouth with it. Thanks to the tip flex, I can really push those bigger flies like buggers thru the wind with no problems. And those 8+ lbs steelhead were no match for the butt strength of this rod. Matched with a Battenkill Mid-Arbor, this is one of the nicest combos available. And worth every penny. And you can't beat the guarantee - I just recently broke my TLS 906-4 (tree limb). But I am expecting my replacement anyday in the mail. If you have other rods on your list, remove them! This is the only rod you need. Great all-around rod!!!"

"After looking for an efficient rod to my trips to Argentinian's and Chilean's Patagonia, I ´ve decided to buy a TLS Orvis Fly Rod.
I compared between diferent classes and prieces, but TLS confirmed to have the best relation quality - price.
It is the same construction of T3 Orvis Rod, with a different finish, and I need resistance and durability, not finish.
It has the power I need to cross the line over a river with strong winds of Chilean Patagonia. It has the number of pieces to travel with it from Santiago to Junin de Los Andes (1000 KMS.) in my car with the rest of my friends without any problem.
Finally, I have 25 years guarantee, that makes me feel secure to get my new fishing adventure.
