"The only problem with the jacket if the double zipper. I returned the jacket when it first arrived because the zipper just would not zip up at all. The replacement jacket was better, however the zipper does not seem substantial enough."

Great fleece jacket for cold weather shooting, January 28, 2009
By: JasonF

"I'm very pleased with this jacket as it combines great practicality, style and warmth. Unlike other Barbour products, you can simply throw this in the washing machine when it gets dirty.

There's tons of room for shells and it is by far the warmest fleece jacket I've ever owned."

An almost perfect item, January 5, 2009
By: SFOOrvisShopper from San Francisco, CA

"This is a great jacket. I live in San Francisco and when the weather is down to the 40s, this jacket does the job nicely and with plenty of style. The alcantra shoulder pads are nice and I really like the placement of the handwarmer pockets. I have not had a chance yet to wear it in the rain, but I have no doubt that it'll keep me dry underneath when the weather turns sour.
The only downside to this otherwise great garment is that it runs slightly on the slender side through the chest and shoulders. It's not tight per se through the shoulders, but it fits spot on just perfect in the Size Large and I'm a 41 R suit. If it'd been designed with a bit more tolerance there'd be room for layering a light to mid weight sweater underneath which would greatly improve upon the temperature range with which this jacket could be worn.
All in one, however, a great jacket still and I do recommend it for somebody who wants a stylish yet fully functional jacket to wear either on the town or at the club for an afternoon of shooting."

You'll be warm, December 21, 2008
By: Bert from Timonium, MD

"This fleece top is worth every penny. There is no constriction of arm movement, which is pivotal for a warm outer layer. Extremely insulating. Highly recommend for any outdoorsman."
