"My 4 year old great dane, Ms. Bindi, loves to go on road trips with me. Even as well behaved as she is, she always seems scrunched in the back seat. With the foam extenders, I can place her full size rectangular Orvis bed in the back seat for more comfort. I did have to work a bit to get them to fit, but it was worth it. She loves her new car nest."

"We ordered this because we are starting a family and now have an infant carrier in our back seat...which means our big dog has a lot less space when he rides with us. This product let us add some space to the side of the car where he rides. It fits nice and snug in our Camry and appears to be well made. The dog has adjusted to the new configuration and definitely has more space than he otherwise would have had. Our only complaint is the cost...how can a big piece of foam and some fabric be this expensive?"

Misleading Description,

"The picture for this product is misleading in that it doesn't say that you need to purchase 2 to fill your backseat. On one review I read (after the fact), Orvis responded by saying they would adjust the description to say this - I don't see it. I left the same comment in my feedback when I bought my first - still no change in the description.
I do like the product and just bought the second one because of this 'omission'. Hopefully Orvis will update their description so others are not mislead."

"I was so excited to get this product and was very surprised to see that it didn't cover the entire length of my backseat. The picture was very misleading. I just got on line to see if perhaps I didn't fully read the description and found that there was nothing to suggest that 2 were needed. Then I also read the reviews and saw that someone else had the same issue. However, Orvis responded by saying they added some language into the description identifying there were 2 items represented in the picture - I do not see this anywhere?."

"Although the quality of the product is great, I was very disappointed that it did not fit my car. I bought 2 backseat extenders for my Lexus GS, which comfortably accommodates someone 6'3" in the backseat. Even with the seats all the way up, didn't fit. So we tried them in my husband's Toyota 4-Runner - just managed to "cram" them in - zipper side up. Orvis suggested trying them for a few weeks ... Not sure if we'll keep them."
