"We gave one of these to each of our two neices and they were very well received by both little girls as well as their parents. The globe seems to be well made, and contrary to an earlier review - it is indeed as large as it appears in the website photo. It arrives in a box that gives the illusion that it must be smaller than it is, but it is just compacted in there and puffs right up when you open it.
Both girls immediately started playing with their new ball, and I love that they will likely learn a little geography while they play. Definitely good stuff."

"I like the concept, but the actual globe was very small. The child in the picture must be a newborn. The globe needs more stuffing to be round. It comes out like a tiny bean bag chair that has been sat upon by an elephant."

"Although we have decided to keep the product, we are extremely disappointed about the size - the picture is very misleading and the child must be quite small!) and the fact that is anything but round. It needs far more stuffing in order to maintain some sort of round shape.
£25 is very expensive for this product."

"Encourage curisoty among young children, (where does your family (grandparents, cousins, etc.,live)), and on from there as age increases!! Particlularly invaluable if travel is a part of the family's life (or, if other family members travel, to see where they are going). Provides a great world view within personal parameters for children, especially if parental involvement in young children's curiosity is encouraged and satisifed."
