Designed by our fishing staff, who claim this is a great all-around sweater. We needed proof, but all evidence supports their claim. This is a good-looking, practical sweater of true ragg wool (virgin wool with a touch of nylon for strength and reinforcement) with real leather trim for general casual wear. Convertible collar is formed by a double thickness of wool that zips to form a turtleneck. In black/brown. Dry clean. Imported. Sizes: S(36-38), M(40-42), L(44-46), XL(48-50).

"I bought this sweater on sale. It has many plusses including looks, warmth and durability. I believe it runs just a little bit small, although not a full size. I would certainly recommend it to a friend."

"I would not hesitate to give this sweater five stars. It is tops in looks, quality and value. I particularily like the color of the wool and the wool -nylon mix. Also like the full zip feature which is very well hidden."

Solid Outdoor Sweater,
November 5, 2009
By:

"This sweater is at home both out of doors and inside. To my mind, this sweater was designed to be worn outside underneath another jacket when it's really cold. It fits perfectly underneath my Barbour jacket, ensuring me some really competent warmth in the Ottawa winters.
The wool/nylon sweater is sturdy and keeps its shape very well. The high collar may be bothersome to a few folks who may not like something that high, but it can fold down. When done up, this sweater becomes a fantastic turtleneck sweater. It's also hard to beat having some really nice suede trim on your pockets and elbow patches! The cuffs of the sleeves sit nicely on one's wrists, or atop the cuffs of your shirt.
A very well recommended sweater here."
