Warm & functional, October 26, 2009
By: woolnstuff

"These pants are used for fall hunting & casual wear. Sizing was generous in the seat and thigh more like loose fit jeans. That is excellent for active people. No shrinking so far. They are quiet and toasty. It could get too warm unless it is below freezing, at least for me. I suggest long handles as these are more "wool like" than some other wool products.

They could use some suspender buttons; even though they look good enough for casual wear they are excellent for hunters and cold weather outdoor enthusiasts. Active people might appreciate worrying more about sport than adjusting the belt line."

Good tough wool, December 5, 2007

"I use these pants for early fall hunts when the mornings are cool and mid-days are warm, but I want a quiet pant that doesn't snag on brush. They also look good walking about town in the snow,or doing chores outside the house.

They are a bit scratchy in an over warm room, but all that you have to do is walk out the door into the wild."
