Our Donegal Tweed separates are made of pure wool in classic designs to wear for years. Fully lined, slightly shaped buttonless jacket with jewel neckline, besom pockets. Women's dress jacket available in black, brown. Pure wool. Dry clean. Imported. Women's regular jacket sizes: 6-20; about 22" long. Women's petite jacket sizes: 4-16; about 21" long.

"I expected this jacket to match the Donegal tweed pants I'd ordered in black, but the jacket had a finer tweed with less contrast, giving it a lighter cast than the bolder tweed pants. Anyway, a suit might have been too much of a good tweed on my size 14, 5-foot-6 frame. On its own, the jacket didn't fit me well enough to keep. Its short, boxy lines didn't fall straight on my curvy figure, and the front parted in a V because my hips are broader than my shoulders. On a straighter and perhaps shorter figure, it would be much more flattering. The fabric was even better than I expected in terms of softness and hand, so I understand why others rated it so highly."

"I bought this jacket to go with the godet skirt I purchased last year, they look quite different so cannot be worn as an outfit together but individually they are my favourites. The skirt appears grey and the jacket is much darker, are they both meant to be 'black'?"
