Not as Good as it Looks,

"Well made and nice leather, but the straps are very difficult to open and close. The handle is off center and difficult to carry because the case pulls towards your leg. Side pockets are too difficult to open. The center divider gets in the way. Good looks, nice nylon lining, but woild not recommend. I have used the case fo shells."

"While bag is well made, it is not east to use or carry. Neither the hand grip or the sholder strap allow the bag to hang straight. The straps make the bag hard to open. It is not a good bag."

"I ordered this bag to use for shooting sporting clays and it serves that purpose exceedingly well. But this bag also serves equally well as a field bag during dove season. I generally start the season shooting the .410 and gradually move up to the 12 gauge as the season progresses. There is plenty of room for the larger shell boxes, lunches and gear. The multitude of pockets and compartments put everything at your immediate grasp and the Battenkill quality is exactly what you would expect. This is a great bag!"
