This cotton robe for women is made of our signature lightweight 6-oz. prewashed denim and trimmed with metal buttons. The cotton robe has enough coverage to wear on a trip to the mailbox for the morning newspaper or while sipping coffee on the porch. Shoulder and back yoke. Robe's cuffs, inner collar, and placket are faced with cotton chambray. Women's robe in dark indigo. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.Women's sizes: S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16), XL(18-20); about 49" long from shoulder.

"This is a great robe--nice cut, looks good after months of washing, and has some smart features that give it an expensive look, that is, buffolo nickle buttons and the asymetrical pocket. I almost did not buy it because of the price..but it has been worth every penny! This is a robe for wear on any day and for many years."

"Nice robe, weight and appearance wise, but too pricy for what it is. I would MAYBE recommend it, but there isn't a category for that. It should be made in an extra small, as well, as it is quite roomy. For me, the buttons and only one pocket are not the issue. However, I agree that there should be two pockets. If the buttons are increasing the cost of the robe, simplify them, and reduce the price!"

"I waited several years to order the front snap robe. I finally broke down and ordered, which I'm glad I did. I read other reviews, and some commented on that it only had one pocket. Yes, two would be great and on the seam rather than in the front, but what it has now is fine. I do feel the price is a bit much though. Yes, the robe seems to be well made but I have other robes in this price range and more, and I must say that the overall feel of the material, etc seem much better than this one. Material is on the thin side, which will be great for summers in hot, humid Arkansas. I don't want my comment to keep those of you who are interested in the robe. I am so glad I ordered! Love the buttons, the sleeves, and the overall fit--nice and roomy. Thanks!"

"The robe is made with light weight denim and it's very soft right out of the bag. I usually am too warm to wear fleece or terry type robes, so this is perfect for me! Plus, it's not a stiff denim. There is no need to wash it several times to make it soft because it's soft when it arrives! I do wish it had two pockets instead of one and I think it's priced a little high, but it is a very nice robe and I'm glad I bought it!!! Oh yeah, and I love the buttons. They look like the buffalo's you see on nickels. Nice touch."

"This is surprisingly soft.; not stiff in any way. The flow and drape is elegant and moves beautifully. The additional details on the cuff and color give this a real look of quality. There is only one pocket and it is on the left. I would have preferred two pockets or having it on the right -- but that's just a personal preference because I am always carrying a hanky. This is a beautiful garment which has tremendous versatility -- inside the house and out."

"I looked very carefully and read each review thoroughly before I ordered. I am disappointed at the size and set of the collar compared to the photo. I also expected more of an A-line shape than the boxy shape of the garment. The pocket -- which other reviewers mentioned -- is too high and, for that price, should have been set on the seam. It's a C -- if I remember by school grades appropriately. Not what I was expecting for the price. In retrospect, I believe you photographed a size small wearing an extra-large and carefully arranged the excess to simulate what I was expecting in a size large."

"I was lucky - I got this half-price at the Somerset outlet store! It is just as good as the other reviewers say, but I, too have a problem with the pocket being on the left hand side. Perfect if you are left-handed of course, but one the other side as well would be great. I can to get up late occasionally but not slop around in a dressing gown. Packs easily for trips away. I plan to buy another to keep for when this one is finished."

"Well made, great length and look. Unlike other reviewers, I found this ran very true to size. Like another review mentioned, the single pocket and its position are a bit odd. I wish there were 2 pockets - one on each side (would have been nice if they were in the seams). When I read her review, I thought nothing of it - that is, until I began wearing the robe. I recommend with reservations, especially given the price."

"Bought this robe 3 years ago and love it! I wanted something to wear over my gown that didn't add bulk. Occassionally, I wear it as a housedress feeling comfortable enough to walk out to the mailbox, stroll the garden, and answer the doorbell. The soft fabric comes out of dryer without wrinkles and no shrinking. The roomy medium is perfect for a size 12."

"This is one of the best robes I've ever worn. When I ordered it, I was looking for something that covered well and was convenient to slip into quickly in the mornings when grandkids were visiting. Very serviceable, washes up beautifully, and looks good enough to stay out on the deck enjoying my morning coffee. The loose fit works for even short-waisted people like me. Very generous in its sizing (recommend a size smaller than usual). Only drawback is the single pocket is placed on left side making it awkward to use; I'd be happier with two. Overall, a great product!!"
