Pleated Vintage Denim™ Skirt

This pleated jean skirt is as basic as chinos, in cotton denim to wear any season at all. Styled to be easy and flared, with front zipper, front pleats, quarter-top pockets. Set-in waistband with elasticized back, belt loops. Jean skirt in chambray, black, stone, dark indigo. Washable. Imported.Women's regular skirt sizes: 6-20; about 33" long. Women's petite skirt sizes: 4-16; about 31" long.

Comfortable Orvis skirt, January 30, 2010

"I have many Orvis skirts because I like classic clothing. They last a long time - they are well constructed, wash well, and are not trendy. They are super comfortable - I can wear my regular size, and not have the waist be constricting. I am grateful to be able to get skirts that are adequately long and that one wears at the normal waistline. The only thing I would have preferred with this skirt would have been somewhat less material - not quite as full. However, the good out weighed the one drawback."

"I bought one is every color - was very disappointed when I wanted to get a second Chambray and the don't have any in stock :(

I hope they bring them back. These skirts help smooth out your tummy if you have a pooch - after 3 children, I have a large pooch! This style skirt, with the right shirt, is a classy look and gives the illusion of a slim figure. Would love to see more colors. Perfect for a mild summer day, or in winter, with long johns under!"

"This is a classic skirt with a great fit. I've been buying these for several years and they continue to be a staple in my wardrobe. They are constructed well and hold up to being washed and dried--if only they didn't need ironing....! Pockets are an important feature for me and these skirts have large securely-stitched pockets. I've not had any experience with the stone color yet but am ordering it now and hoping it's as great as the other two. Thanks Orvis for this great skirt!"

"Orvis offered these skirts a couple of years ago, and I ordered one of the light and one of the navy in petite. They were a perfect fit, and I have loved them ever since. As soon as I saw they were available again, I went back to get another one of each of the blue and also one of the stone."
