New Container,

"I have used this product for about a year now. It appears that they changed the bottle feature.. this appears much easier to open. The older version I have is difficult and I have lost a lot of floatant. It definitely dries the fly and allows the fly to ride high on the water. The old bottle is the only thing that keeps this product from getting 5 stars all the way..."

Good day on the river
"I've used this product for six years and have caught more fish. It dries the fly so quickly and it will float more like a naturel. Best thing about it is its easy to use."

dry as a bone,

"Once you learn how this stuff should be used to make it effective its great! Start your fishing with nothing on your dry fly, then if it starts to sink or doesnt sit at the hight you want then add some gel floatant not the powder. Once you have caught a fish or your fly is compleatly drowned then use this power to dry your fly, it will come out like new. Only then apply gel again if needs be."

This dry fly will soon be re-energized with a canister of Shake-n-Float
"A dry fly that works is soon wet. Then you need to dry it. False casting doesn't work after several fish, and while the silicon stuff is nice on fresh flies, it mattes the hackle together on flies that have been submerged. I first use a pad to soak the moisture out, then I put the fly (with the tippet still attached), into the canister & shake. Like magic, the result is a dry that will float once again! I buy the big size and refill my canister as needed."
