My husband couldn't be happier!,

"I bought this watch as a 25th Anniversary gift. I was so excited when I received it that I gave it to him early. Instead of engraving his initials, I asked Orvis to engrave "25". So it will always be a reminder of this special day for us.
This watch is elegant. It looks like a watch worth 5 times the price; just a wonderful value. It's slimness and styling is perfect for both casual and formal occasions. He wears it proudly and I'm happy because he's happy."

"I bought this watch for my two teen sons, as a going away present before I go on a six month deployment. Overall I felt that the timepiece itself met most of my expectations. The main problem that I had was the band feels cheap, and caused a rash on my oldest sons arm. Instead of sending the watch back, I decided to find a better band.
I ordered the watch from Orvis because I understand the difference between price and value. I will generally pay more for a better quality product, because i know in the end I will save money on replacement. So I was a little disappointed when I opened the box."

"I have had the watch for about a month now and I really like it. It's slim, good looking and is a great deal. I read all the reviews before I purchased it and I have to agree with all the comments. I like it so much I even went out and purchased striped watch bands to use with it for the summer. It is so light and slim you barely notice it on your wrist which is has been a problem with me with other watches. Furthermore, it fits small wrists. Mine is on the small side. Most watches look ridiculously big on me but this one looks perfect. Recommend to all. P.S. Get the engraving. It looks great and will be a nice gift to pass along to your children when they get older.It is always nice to have something of dad's."

NOT "SUPER-THIN" AT ALL!,

"This is a handsome watch, but it is not "superthin" at all! I have a truly thin Orvis watch from many years ago, It is also very simple in design making it relatively unique in today's watch market of fancy faces, abundant functions, and large and super-large size.
I ordered this one thinking it was equally thin. But its thickness is rather ordindary given the fact that there is neither a second hand nor a date function. I have returned it and requested a refund.
There are many simple watches with only hour and minute hands available today that are thinner than this watch.
If you like the look and aren't counting on the watch's being thin, this watch could suit you very well.
But if you really want a very thin watch, skip this one and look elsewhere... or wait for Orvis to bring back one like the truly super-thin one that they sold me a few years ago."

"This is a great watch. I used to catch my old clunky watch on the edge of my trouser pocket causing it to wear and fray and I had difficulty getting it under my shirt sleeve cuff. With the Super Slim watch these problems have been eliminated. I like the watch so much I bought a spare. If it had a sweep second hand I'd buy another."

"I have had Orvis's Superthin watch for many years. During that period I have received many remarks of what a nice looking watch it was. I have enjoyed it for constant wear regardless of the occasion. The only thing it lacks is a sweep second hand. Unfortunately the watch must have fallen off of my wrist do I am back to but another which is slightly more expensive than the one I had - but it is still a good value."

" I received the Super Slim watch for my birthday a few months ago. Having worn Swiss Army watches for the past few years, I was skeptical, but, this is by far the best watch I have ever worn. Super lightweight, very comfortable and stylish. A great timepiece!"
