"This hat was long on my wife's 'forbidden hat' list ("anyone who buys this for your father will be disowned, and never invited back for Christmas"). Finally, after years of dog-eared catalog pages and ignored hyperlinks, she developed some taste and purchased it herself (for me). "I purchased this cap for my fiance' as a christmas gift (2007). He loves it but unable to wear it because I ordered the wrong size, I tried reordering to no avail (had sold out of the larger size). So, I'm ordering another one for him and keeping the first one for myself (they look just as good on females). I'm also considering ordering the Irish Rainbow cap for him this christmas. I think both are very classy classics."

"I am glad I bought this cap. This cap has that Sean Connery "I'm out with the lads in the pub" appearance. It fits well, looks awesome and since its wool, should last a lifetime. The first cap I bought got caught in a rainstorm so I placed it on the shelf at home and dried it out for a day. It was as good as new 2 days later. As a result of this exposure to the elements, I bought a new one. Now when one gets wet, I use the other while the wet one dries. Since no two hats are identical, see how many of your friends at work or leisure can spot any difference between the two. As for complements about the cap, I have been receiving nothing but them everywhere I go. If you wear caps like this one and want something sporty, go for it. You'll be pleased you did."
