Side–by–Side Cap Gun

A great way to teach gun safety and handling. We advise that it be used under adult supervision and be stored and handled with the care and safety of a real gun. This small–scale cap gun has authentic features, including a working safety. Shells are reusable; just insert a new cap in the primer position, and fire the double triggers. The report is not too loud, and there is no recoil or compression buildup. Barrel ends are plugged, so it's perfectly safe. Weighs 2 lbs., 2 oz., and is 2'9" long. Action is die–cast metal; the stock is strong ABS plastic. Set includes toy cap gun, belt, sling, and 144 caps in a cardboard gift box. Ages 6 and older, with adult supervision. Italy.

"We purchased this for our oldest son when he was 6 and he used it endlessly in our yard while he "hunted". He also carried it when he accompanied my husband upland hunting and it provided great practice for carrying a gun and the proper way to handle it., etc. Now my younger son is doing the same thing. Between the two of them, the gun has been through a lot and still works well and looks great."

"I purchased three of these for the grand children at Christmas. I found them to be everything I could hope for. Well made, very realistic, high quality materials. much like my real cased British guns. A good way to start a young person. I'm happy with them"

"When I was 5 year's old, a relative gave me a side by side pop gun and so began a lifetime love of the outdoors. So I purchased one of these cap guns for each of my children and have been amazed at the quality of this product. The features on the gun, such as the sliding tang safety and the "shells" make it very realistic. My oldest child has now made the transition to a real side by side 28ga shotgun and found using it to be very natural thanks to his extnsive use of this great cap gun."

"This is a well made play rifle that my 4 year old son just absolutely loves! It is well balanced and weighted to give a good solid "real gun" feel. Also, The shells/caps have a look of authenticity "just like dad's". This is a gun we gave our son 10 months ago at Christmas, yet has been consistently played with over that time. Be sure to note that the box is cardboard--our only disappointment with this excellent product."
