The handiest and most packable portable stool for the duck blind we've ever used. Two seats can pack down flat in one bag for easy, hands-free carrying to and from your blind. Just 11" in diameter and less than 4 lbs., this portable stool is made of a steel and lightweight aluminum construction, with a cushioned and swiveling seat top. Steel spring clips inside the aluminum pipe allow the stool to have a wide range of heights. The round base is stable and secure on all surfaces—mud, marsh grass, or frozen soil. Portable stool height is adjustable from 15" to 19".

Great idea, poor quality,

"I used the seat about 6 times in the dove field this year. There are several problems, threads are stripping, the whole in the center of the base appears to have been drilled twice (two holes, one off center gave a figure 8 appearance), but the terminal problem is that the metal base isn't strong enough to keep the seat vertical. After a few uses, it bent putting the seat at an angle (I'm 6 ft, 160 lbs). Other minor issues are that the top (seat) is difficult to get on and off the support pole and it does not pack together tightly as suggested in the picture. I really like the idea of this seat, it sits higher than most stools and it pivots. I would like to see this product manufactured at a higher quality to remedy the problems, then I would buy it. However, the quality and functionality are not up to Orvis' usual standards. This is the first time I've not been completely satisfied with an Orvis product."
