"Initially I was reluctant to spend this much on the boots. I am so glad I did as they have been a joy to wear on some tough hunts. Everything thrown my way was handled perfectly and the best part is that you do not even feel them. At the end of the day your feet feel great. I have worn them on the boat for a rainy day of fishing, so much better than the normal deck boot. Do yourself a favor and race to the store and buy a pair. You will be happy you did."

"Having a shoe size just shy of 15 I always dread wearing hunting boots because they feel like bricks strapped on my feet. I tried on a pair of these at the Manchester Orvis and was blown away. Never in my life have I felt a tall boot so lightweight on my feet. You have the agility and relaxed step as if wearing a hightop sneaker, even in large sizes! I subsequently received the boots as a gift and I absolutely love them. The leather breaks in to perfectly conform to your foot for a perfect fit. You will never own a pair of hunting boots that is as warm, dry and lightweight as the Le Chameau Chasseurs."

"I received a pair of these boots for X-mas about ten years ago, from my now deceased brother, and have enjoyed them ever since. When I opened the box, I thought " What in the world, and pair of rubber boots"! Because he always gave VERY NICE gifts. But after really looking at them, I realized he had done it again. Up'ed me & bought me something VERY nice !! I have used them to hunt & fish just about every species, in just about every type of weather. And my feet were always Warm, Dry , and Comfortable !! The BEST & Only pair of boots to own, PERIOD !!!"

"I have taken these boots to Brazil, Costa Rica, and the jungles of Mexico and they are great. The keep the rain, mud and critters out and feel like an actual pair of shoes when you walk. You do not get the clunky feel you get with other rubber boots and can walk much farther."

"I have had a pair of leather Le Chameau boots for about a year. Wear them almost every day when I take my dogs rambling on the beach or out in the woods. Living on the Oregon coast I really appreciate their water proof qualities. They are so comfortable I often forget to remove them when I get home!! Truly a great product."
