"I must say I wasn't sure exactly what "boiled" wool was when I placed my order for this sweater, but the second I got it out of the box and tried it on, I was impressed. It's light, but I have the feeling it 's going to be plenty warm. and perfect for early Fall and Spring. It's very comfortable and would look great with most casual pants and shirts. It's fully lined so no worries about it being itchy against your skin. It happens to be a bit different/unique looking in a nice way and the fit was perfect for me and I am a difficult fit because I am in between a Medium and a Large.
One question - what makes this a sweater and not a jacket?
One suggestion - there are only 2 pockets (outer), how about at least 1 inner vest pocket?
One preference - the lining is a smooth poly and is very nice, but I would prefer a light cotton/flannel/moleskin lining, that's not a knock, just purely my preference.
In all honesty, I was (and am) always a tad hesitant/concerned about the quality of clothing manufactured in China, but with this particular item, my concerns were reassured. All in all, a very nice sweater."
