"I had seen this stick in Orvis' catalogue for years and finally decided to acquire it for my birthday. It arrived yesterday and I took it out for a test-walk that afternoon. So perfect - nicely balanced and just the right weight. The horn is just the right size and the curve is easy to hold in your hand. The craftsmanship is evident from end to end. I am so pleased with the fine piece of equipment and glad I splurged. I think you will be, too."

"I would also like to add my comments regarding this classic walking stick after reading the prior comments regarding this product. The Rams Horn is Perfect ! Strong with a Perfect Hook and Smooth. The Cane is All Blackthorn and looks great. If I could just keep my dog from attacking it . Must be the[Fresh} Horn From a Very Satisfied Customer"

It is sturdy, elegant and polished to a perfect, smooth finish. The cool natural horn feels wonderful in the hand.
