Loved but lacked belt loops, February 18, 2010

"Loved these cordoruy pants but they did not have belt loops and I had a small gap in the back that would have been taken up by a belt. My figure just does not work with a no belt loop pant."

"This is my first review for Orvis and it is because I feel very strongly about this particular fit of pants. They are what some may consider the "old" fit. This fit sits at the waist, giving a fluid, elegant, slimming look. Dressy and casual at the same time. I hope Orvis keeps such fits in the future and doesn't completely "succumb" to the new fits of below the waist, almost at the waist, clingy at the thigh, etc that many "high end" women retailers have completely changed to this year. My hope is that this particular fit comes back next year, in some classic colors like charcoal gray. I will be the first to purchase!"
