Careful! The color isn't true, November 12, 2009

"Its a nice bed cover, but this fabric isn't what i think of as microfiber - its more of a rough velveteen - not very soft. The worst part is that I ordered the slate, which appeared to be a buish-gray or charcoal color online. I was so picky I asked the online chat person about the color and he assured me it was charcoal, almost black. So I went for it. Its not charcoal or slate or gray - it is dark brown. I'd call the color chocolate if I posted the product description. I'm still not sure that I'm going to keep it....."

"I love this cover, the quality and color. My only issue is that as a replacement cover it's sized wrong. This is the second cover I've gotten where it's a bit too big for the interior nest and when I tried ordering a size smaller, it was much too small. There needs to be more consistency in sizing. Also colors are not as they appear. The actual product is much darker than the catalog or on-line version. This was true in the light brown and the hunter green. Patterned beds appear to be a different story. Still, this is the 4th or 5th bed I've ordered over the years and I would order another tomorrow if I needed one. Just wished it fit better."
