Hand crafted of pure rabbit fur felt with a crisp raw-edged brim, it is finished with a 3⁄4" embossed leather hatband. Brass ventilation eyelets. Acetate liner. Men's felt sun hat in fawn. "I bought this hat for its wide brim and general proportions. Terrific quality and I received several compliments from strangers on its appearance. Quality is superb. I have purchased cheaper hats in the past and found, again, you only get what you pay for. This is a great hat. One improvement would be some sort of chin strap. A strong wind does blow the hat off your head."

"I own a number of fine hats-many from Orvis, yet the Akubra Territory Hat is my favorite. The stylish wide brim makes all the difference when fly fishing in the sun. The quality is superb. The Orvis Roanoke store did not have my size, so the lady assisting me there immediately called headquarters, discussed the situation, and allowed me to talk with a customer service representative to arrange the purchase. Everyone at Orvis went the extra mile for me and the hat arrived earlier than promised. The hat is tough, stylish and comfortable. I highly recommend it!"

"This the kind of hat you like to wear everyday, everywhere. It`s very safari stylish ( looks like Robert Redford`s hat in the movie "Out of Africa" ). This is my favorite hat among the other eight I own. For hunting purposes its very comfortable`and the four inches wide brim gives a heap of shade."
