Down top/Memory Foam Bed,
September 14, 2009

"After about a two weeks of having this bed my older lab finally started getting on and using it without any encouragement - initially I don't think she was keen with the way the bed moulded around her but once she got used to it she rarely sleeps anywhere else..This was one of the most expensive treats I’ve paid out for her, yet I really don't regret it at all as she loves it and I think it helps her with all her aches and pains!"

too small,

"Beautiful fabric, but I ordered a medium for my 50 lb dog and it was so small, she didn't even get on it. I've ordered a lot of dog beds and their medium is really a small in my book."

Beautiful Comfortable Bed-Only wished larger size,
April 27, 2009

"Bought this for my 100 lb., 12 year old Golden. She's very particular--and very spoiled. She would lie on it but only with much coaxing--thinking it may have been slightly too high as her joints are swelled from arthritis and too small in size as she fidgets around a lot in her sleep. Wished it came in a giant round size that would accomodate any sleep position.
As soon as I took this bed from the box I could tell it was the best quality. And I've researched hundreds of dog beds trying to find the perfect one for her. This one impressed me so much I ordered it on the spot. The down top was so soft, you could sink in a little but then the high density memory foam had support--neat combination. This bed had the most beautiful cover--felt like velvet. The colours in the pattern would match most any decor. Unfortunately had to return it as my princess couldn't use it . Orvis made returns so easy I was actually surprised. Only wished they made this in a mattress size for MY bed. Hoping to try the larger round memory foam bed as it's 3 inches and no down top so maybe easier for her to climb on. Wonder if maybe a wool or sheepskin cover may be in the works for a large round bed as that's a good temperature regulator too."

"but the medium is too small for my 60lb lab mix dog. She started to get on the bed as soon as I pulled it from the box! But I am going to exchange for the large size. Very soft yet supportive."
