Orvis Signature Polo Long-sleeved

Distinct details let our men's long sleeve polo shirt outperform the competition with more comfort and character than any other polo. Start with the fabric: The soft, 8.9 oz. 100% cotton has substance. You'll feel its quality instantly, know it rates above any other polo you've ever owned, and know it will last. A double-stitched hem and reinforced side vents add to the shirt's durability. We chose a piqué weave because it breathes well, feels good against your skin, and wicks perspiration for comfort in the heat. We made the tail longer and constructed underarm gussets, too. In ordinary polo shirts, when you're active, the shirttail often pulls out or the sleeves ride up and dig into you. Once is too often. Our gussets and longer tail prevent this so you can be active in more comfort than the average polo. The soft-knit banded sleeves and collar feel better against the skin than those of the average polo, too. And they won't shrink, bind, or rub. Finally, the utility loop gives you a place to put your shades. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.Sizes: M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), XXL(50-52). Tall sizes 1½" longer in the body and sleeve.

"Was in your Denver store a year ago and my wife noted my LS polo (other maker) was fraying in the collar. I bought your Signature Polo, was thrilled and have since bought three other colors on line. Great fit and goes under any jacket or by itself. Super packable for travel and is easy care. The old polo went out with the trash from Denver the same day."

"Not like other long sleeve polo's. You can feel the thickness in the cotton. Nice with a t-shirt underneath and a pair of jeans. I have three!"

"Fabric is vastly too thin, in my opinion. Features like contrast banding at sides and collar are thoughtful, and pleasing. Accessory loop is useful. Excellent range of available colors, unlike the norm for Orvis lately. Who really wears trousers with clover leaves all over them? Not anyone that I know. Keep making clothes for those with a solid appreciation of the outdoors, focus on style and you will keep loyal customers."

"Unequaled by any at any price. Without question my favorite shirt (long sleeve) on the planet. I feel the same way about the short sleeve. I used my last Black short sleeve to save a friends life / foot after a shark attack in Marathon, Fl.. I duct taped it around his foot and took him to Fishermans Hospital."
