Do not take it fishing, August 18, 2009

"The wallet is a great organizer. However, it is not waterproof. Everytime I have taken it fishing I need to remove the leader packages and let them dry. I will not take it fishing again."

Orvis Customer Service contacted this customer and apologized that the leader wallet did not meet their expectations. While the Safe Passage material is water resistant, this wallet does not have waterproof zippers and was not designed to be completely waterproof. Orvis thanked the customer for this feedback as we are constantly looking for ways to improve our items. Orvis passed these comments slong to the product developer for review. "Love this thing. Rather than leaders, I use it to store different weights of spey line tips. Fits easily into any vest or chestpack pocket, or your wader or even your shirt pocket when you're wet wading."
