Trout & Bird Knife

The folding Trout-and-Bird Knife has a three-inch utility blade and a gut hook for field-dressing game birds. The Dress Folder has a three-inch drop-point blade that opens one-handed and locks for safety. Both are handcrafted in Maniago, Italy, where knifemaking has been a tradition for more than 1,000 years. The Trout-and-Bird Knife incorporates the finest-quality stainless steel with genuine stag handles. Overall length for both is 7" with blade extended, 4" with blade folded. Italy.

"I have purchased (2) Orvis folding knives in the past several months. I have searched locally and via the web specifically for a "Trout and Bird" knife. After looking at several knives in the same cost range as Orvis, I have reached the conclusion that the Orvis "Trout and Bird" knife is the highest quality knife for the best cost relative to quality. I really like my knive and it works beautifully for it's intended purpose."
