Great product but......, August 11, 2009

"Disappointed that the product did not come with the hackle pliers that are shown in the picture. Called Orvis and told them to either (a) remove the pliers from photo; or (b) add the pliers and charge a few bucks more. Great product works well, but be prepared to buy a $ 4 pair of hackle pliers unless they change things."
