"I just received this shirt and I'm very impressed. The fabric is perfect -- not too heavy, not too thin. The drape is very flattering and the color is great. I'm 5'5" and weigh 155 and ordered a large. The fit is perfect. The sleeve length is perfect, too. I've been looking for a long time for a shirt like this. Thank you!"

"This is my favorite blouse. It is comfortable in our Florida climate all year. It looks great with suits, slacks, and skirts. I haven't worn it yet with shorts. It is easy care. I wash it on delicate in cold water, dry it in the dryer on delicate, and press it. I have several, but, I need more. Today, I ordered more in black, sky blue, and ivory for February delivery."

Finally--a blouse to wear with suits,

"Like another reviewer, I have also been unable to find simple, short-sleeved, jewel neck or modest v-neck blouses (i.e., not plunging v-necks that are inappropriate for work) in a decent fabric that looks nice and wears well under a suit jacket. Such blouses seem to have disappeared as I searched everywhere, including the web, before finding these. The simple blouse has been replaced with wild prints, plunging necklines, ruching, sleeves that bunch under suit jackets, fabric that is so thin it requires layering (in So. California, I don't want to wear a lot of layers--they are too bulky and hot!), and other characteristics that are simply uncomfortable to wear with a jacket and make the outfit look bulky. Two requests/suggestions: (1) more colors, please, including pretty jewel tones like garnet, purple, emerald green, etc., and (2) it would be nice if the blouse was shaped at the waist so it has a more feminine fit and there is not so much fabric blousing out around the waist when tucked into suit pants and skirts. I wish the black, ivory & blue were not on back order until Feb 2009!"

"I love this blouse. Great for everyday business look with pants and blazer. I wash mine in the machine on gentle, hang to dry and iron. I also have the long sleeved version of your washable silk blouse. Can we please have more colors! I would love ones in butterscotch, olive, eggplant, burnt sienna!!"

"After years of wearing short-sleeved t-style blouses for business, with pants or skirts, the local stores have stopped carrying them. Mine were wearing out and I was having trouble replacing them. I was afraid of the silk and the maintenance, but these blouses are comfortable and are terrific colors!! Thank you for carrying these! I will continue to buy them."

"I love these blouses. I recently bought three of them to wear under suits. At a business lunch, I accidentally dropped some sauce on the collar. I thought the blouse would be stained for good but all of it came out in the wash. I'm buying another!"
