"While fishing the White River in central Wisconsin one cool evening in late June, I noticed several large insects fluttering about downstream. Under closer inspection I found out that it was the famed June Hex hatch. About two hours later, I slid my net under a beautiful 23 inch hook jawed brown. I not sure what he thought about my size 8 Eastern Green Drake, but I certainly knew it was a winner. Thanks!"
